Samaritan Properties offers full-service real estate brokerage capabilities. Although we are not an agency-centric firm, we are able to combine our market expertise, negotiation skills, and client-first approach to help someone in a real estate transaction.
In terms of our own properties, we are able to handle all acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activity in-house – adding to our vertically integrated advantage.
